Ballard Truck Center has locations in Worcester, West Springfield, Avon, Tewksbury, West Wareham, MA - Johnston, RI - and Manchester, NH. All our service departments employ factory-trained Mack and Volvo Truck technicians. Additionally, our Worcester location has factory-trained Isuzu Truck technicians, and our West Springfield location has factory-trained Hino Truck technicians. We do however offer service on all makes and models of commercial vehicles at all our locations depending on the service-need.
Yes. All our locations (except West Wareham, MA) can provide State Commercial and Trailer, and DOT Commercial and Trailer inspections. We do not offer passenger vehicle inspections. Check our Location pages for inspection-specific hours.
Yes. Our Worcester and Tewksbury locations house state-of-the-art DPF Regeneration Ovens. Filters can be dropped off at any Ballard Truck Center location.
No. Ballard Truck Center is not an emergency service and does not provide towing or trucking. Multiple of our locations are Mack and Volvo Certified Uptime Centers and we do everything we can to provide fast service to customers who need to get back on the road.
